to your ideas. I really liked having one point of contact throughout the entire process. Although I didn't need their editorial services, the printing process was made flawless by Leah and Jim. I truly had no experience in printing a large book and I feel grateful that I didn't have to deal with the printer directly. My client loved his memoir, all 3 pounds of it.
