Jenkins Group made it very easy to get our book printed and published, and worked with us every step of the way. We are grateful for their expertise, patience, and guidance all along the way. Alan BomsteinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We commissioned Jenkins Group to publish a book celebrating our 50th anniversary in business. It was a 164-page hardback book with over 300 photographs. We are very pleased with the final product. Jenkins Group did a great job, and we would recommend you without hesitation. Leah and Yvonne were easy to work with and incredibly helpful. Throughout the design phase, Yvonne was timely, responsive and executed our vision perfectly. Doing a book is much harder than we thought. There were times on our end when it became all consuming, but Leah and the team kept us focused and answered all our questions. We knew the look we wanted for the pages in the book, and the very first layout sample we received nailed it perfectly. It is an understatement to say that Josh and I are finicky about what we want, and you never flinched. Thanks for a great job. Alan Bomstein, Founder Creative Contractors Ken ChapmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Over the 42 years we've been in business I have worked with several publishers, They have all been helpful to one degree or another. However, our experience with the Jenkins Group has been head and shoulders above all the rest. Every member of the staff is courteous, professional and responsive. I only wish I had known about The Jenkins Group years ago. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with publishing a book. I am confident you will have the same excellent expereince we have had. Ken Chapman Founder & CEO Ken Chapman & Associates, Inc. Jenna McCarthyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough glowing things about the Jenkins Group. I've written 20+ books, some I've published on my own, some with traditional "big" publishers, and I wouldn't dream of doing it either way without consulting the Jenkins Group first. They are responsive, experienced, know the industry inside and out, are an absolute joy to work with, and can and will handle EVERY aspect of publishing and production. Additionally, I've worked with them for close to two decades--yes, I'm old--and the staff never changes. That's a rarity these days, and speaks to their integrity and consistency. Highly recommend in every way. Sonja BritlandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Jenkins Group. Never having worked on a commemorative book, they guided me every step of the way. They truly listen and try to match you with a ghostwriter who is familiar with your industry or has experience with writing to your ideas. I really liked having one point of contact throughout the entire process. We would discuss our ideas and they offer incite based on their knowledge of what others have done for similar projects. Additionally, their design team is extremely talented and easy to work with. I was blown away by the final product despite seeing it electronically, nothing prepared me for how amazing the book was in print. I highly recommend Jenkins Group! Roy SmootTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Everyone at the Jenkins Group, truly everyone, invested their hearts, expertise and passion in designing, producing and guiding our journey to publish "It All Belongs: Love, Loss and Learning to Live Again". Receiving a Kirkus Reviews "Get It" commendation and a personal letter from Pres. Biden are certainly validations of not only our promise to my late wife to publish her words and art with my journaling, but also of their amazing commitment to fulfilling our promise to her. Trust them with your project, and you'll be thrilled. Ellen BraunsteinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Although I didn't need their editorial services, the printing process was made flawless by Leah and Jim. I truly had no experience in printing a large book and I feel grateful that I didn't have to deal with the printer directly. My client loved his memoir, all 3 pounds of it. Would highly recommend Jenkins Group for any aspect of creating a book. Karen VincentTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a pleasure to work with the staff of Jenkins Group on the book Ball Stores: East Central Indiana's Shopping Center. Yvonne and Leah did a great job of taking my words and the images provided and making a beautiful book.

RECENT PROJECTS
BALL STORES
Ball Stores was THE department store in Muncie for more than fifty years. Treasured memories remain of everything from the magic of the Christmas decorations to the quality merchandise and the exemplary customer service. This story of Ball Stores from its opening in 1934 until the lights were turned off for the final time in 1986 will take you back to a time when shopping was an event, and the experience was always a pleasure.
TETON VALLEY RANCH CAMP
Teton Valley Ranch Camp (TVRC) was established in 1939 to provide unique, challenging, and fun western and backcountry experiences to campers. It is located on 2,300 acres of land, bordered on all sides by National Forest and other state and federal lands. When campers head out on the trails, they follow in the footsteps of cowboys and cowgirls who have worked the land for generations and have the chance to catch sight of deer, elk, pronghorn antelope, and moose. To celebrate the Camp’s 80th anniversary, the TVRC Education Foundation published a book looking back on decades of Camp history.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to publish a commemorative book?
The timeline for creating a commemorative book depends on factors such as design, scope, and the amount of content being included. Ideally, organizations begin planning two to three years ahead of a milestone to allow time for gathering materials and thoughtful production. However, projects can also move quickly when needed. With an experienced team guiding the process, a high-quality commemorative book can often be completed in as little as six months.
Is there a structured process for creating a Commemorative Book?
Yes. Your dedicated team will guide you through a structured corporate book publishing process to keep the project organized and on schedule. The process typically includes three phases:
1. Discovery Phase
We work with you to gather interviews, archival materials, and historical context to shape the narrative behind your organization’s story.
2. Production Phase
Based on the scope of your project, our team helps write, edit, design, and prepare your book for publication. Your editorial and design specialists will help turn your story into a professionally written, visually compelling commemorative volume.
3. Print and Delivery
Your finished commemorative book is produced to archival standards and ready for presentation, gifting, or display.
When Do Companies Publish Commemorative Books?
Organizations typically create commemorative books when:
- Celebrating milestone anniversaries or centennials
- Documenting a long corporate journey or transformation
- Honoring founders, leaders, or retiring executives
- Strengthening brand legacy with clients, employees, and communities
Unlike brochures or campaigns, corporate book publishing and commemorative books create a permanent, high-credibility asset that communicates history, authority, and long-term vision.
