We had the honor of collaborating with Ken on two of his important works: The Leader’s Code and Safety Beyond the Numbers.

In addition to his work on leadership, Chapman expanded his efforts into workplace safety with Safety Beyond the Numbers. This handbook addresses a critical aspect of workplace culture—how to get team members, not just management, invested in safety. Chapman understands that true workplace safety requires engagement at every level, making this book essential for organizations looking to enhance their safety culture.
At Jenkins Group, we were thrilled to help bring these works to a broader audience. Our team contributed to a cover re-design and the printing of 750 copies of The Leader’s Code, as well as audiobook and ebook conversion and distribution. Additionally, we assisted with the prepress, printing, and shipping of 500 copies of Safety Beyond the Numbers.
Since those initial print runs, demand for both books has continued to grow. The Leader’s Code has seen an additional 1,500 copies printed, while Safety Beyond the Numbers has reached 950 more copies. We’re proud to see Ken’s work continue to inspire and influence leaders and workplaces across the country.
